The first instalment in series about Mr.Balcar - an old-schooled Stalinist who believes in the doctrine of the Party. Unlike to Stalin or The Red Reformatory movies we are not in rigid 50s' but in 60s' and changes are coming... but Mr.Balcar cannot accept any change!
